Creamy Burrata with a salty kick from anchovies, all brought together with Good Phats Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil!

INGREDIENTS: 

2-3 BURRATAS  

3-4 ANCHOVIES, PICKLED OR SALTED

1 LEMON FOR ZEST 

SEA SALT & BLACK PEPPER TO TASTE

Step One

Open the burratas and drain away the brine (you can save this for brining meat or adding to a ragu for an authentic twang!).

Step Two

Plate on a serving plate before tearing them open to catch all that creamy goodness! 

Step Three

Using a micro plane, grate a few rasps of lemon zest over the burrata to taste. Tear the anchovies and place on top.

Step Four

Season with flaky sea salt and black pepper. Glug over your GOOD PHATS Extra Virgin Olive Oil, serve and enjoy!
