Where do you currently ship to?

Lorem ipsum We currently ship to the UK. Our international launch is planned for later in 2024!

Where is my order?

If your order has not arrived when expected, you can track your parcel with a link provided in your confirmation email. If you're having further issues, drop us an email at hello@goodphats.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

When will my order arrive?

Depending on your selected delivery method, your parcel should arrive between 2-7 business days. For same day shipping, place your order before midday. If your parcel has exceeded this, track your parcel via a link in your confirmation email or drop us an email at hello@goodphats.com

My product is faulty/not as I ordered; what do I do?

Unfortunately, mistakes happen in the shipping process! If your Good Phats products have arrived in anything less than perfect condition, please reach out to our team at hello@goodphats.com Our team will be in touch to find a solution as soon as possible. 

What is your refund policy?

If you wish to receive a refund for your order, please email us at hello@goodphats.com and let us know why. We will be happy to refund or to send out a replacement product. 

Who are your products for?

Our products are for everyone. We believe eating healthily and eating well can be one and the same. Whether you’re living with diabetes, starting a ketogenic diet, reducing your seed oil intake or just looking for a new oil for your cupboard, we’re here for you.

Do your products contain added sugar?

No! None of our products contain any added sugars.

Are your products suitable for Vegetarians and Vegans?

Our Ghee is not Vegan, everything else is suitable for Vegans and Vegetarians.

Are your products suitable for Kosher?

Unfortunately, none of our products are Kosher certified. We are, however, looking at getting this sorted in the next year!

Do your products contain allergens?

Our products are manufactured in a factory that handles nuts, gluten, sesame, soya, celery, egg, milk, mustard, fish & sulphites. For a list of the allergens found in individual products, please refer to the product pages.

How long is the shelf life of my product?

Our products are long life and have an average shelf life of 12 months. Please refer to the product page for an expiry date once opened. 

Are your products recyclable?

The Good Phats bottles and labels can we recycled. The lids and nozzles are not recyclable...yet.
