INGREDIENTS:
4 TBSP TAHINI
5 TBSP WATER
1/2 LEMON, JUICE & ZEST
1/4 CLOVE GARLIC
SEA SALT & BLACK PEPPER TO TASTE
1/2 TSP ALEPPO PEPPER

Step One
Add the tahini to a bowl. Using a microplane, grate a few rasps of lemon zest and . clove garlic (or more to taste).
Step Two
Add a squeeze of lemon and whisk in the water until thick and creamy. Don’t panic if it starts to split and look grainy - persist and it will become smooth and creamy!
Step Three
Add more lemon or water according to taste and to get the right consistency (it should look like a hummus). Season to taste with sea salt and black pepper.
Step Four
Serve in a bowl or small shallow dish and top with Aleppo pepper, a little lemon zest to taste and drizzle with GOOD PHATS Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
