Our Organic Grass-Fed Ghee is warm and rich, with flavour notes of butterscotch that will elevate any dish. Made by gently heating butter to clarify the PHAT, removing the milk solids and leaving you with pure butterfat that perfectly captures the rich taste of Grass-Fed Organic British Butter.

This PHAT is super versatile, with a high smoke point to get that rich, buttery flavour without the risk of burning.
