Our Organic Grass-Fed Ghee is warm and rich, with flavour notes of butterscotch that will elevate any dish. Made by gently heating butter to clarify the fat removing the milk solids and leaving you with pure butterfat that perfectly captures the rich taste of Grass-Fed Organic British Butter.

This PHAT is super versatile, with a high smoke point to get that rich, buttery flavour without the risk of burning. Roast your favourite joints, fry and splutter your crispy eggs, or temper your tarka dal for the ultimate authentic Indian curry. Gently melt with some garlic and herbs for the perfect buttery dip to go with your warm asparagus, or use in baking to replace seed oils for a moist, decadent cake.

This is wonderful to cook with, it has a slight beurre noisette flavour and it's my new favourite!

This ghee is gorgeous. It has a lovely caramel scent and taste. I use it in or on pretty much everything I cook now. It is a thousand times nicer than the rancid tasting stuff you can buy in supermarkets (in the green and gold tins). It’s more expensive of course but worth every penny in my opinion.
